We booked the suite with CCTV, which gave us peace of mind being able to check in on them anytime. Every day, we received updates on their food intake and litter, which was very reassuring. The host (the boss) is an amazing person—he not only ensured our cats were well cared for but also went above and beyond by keeping up with their medical check-ups, grooming, and overall welfare. It’s clear that he truly loves and understands cats. As a thoughtful touch, we were even given beautiful photos of our cats as souvenirs, which meant so much to us. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This was our first time booking, and we thought we’d give this place a try — and we’re so glad we did! Both our cats absolutely loved their stay. They were so comfortable and happy that it took quite a bit of convincing to bring them home! The place is spotless, and the high ceilings make it feel so open and airy. The caretakers, namely Calven (and Kat) are wonderful and caring — they played with our cats every day and kept us updated regularly with photos and messages. Placing our furry kids in the Felidae room somehow match as close a space as our home. We also had the joy of checking in on them anytime via CCTV, which gave us such peace of mind. Both of them really enjoyed themselves throughout their stay and also settled in quite fast. They were constantly updating us while we were overseas and it really made us feel a sense of relief knowing that our furbabies are in great hands. Little Pawcious Cat Hotel is an absolute gem! They took such incredible care of my cat, Maeve, while I was away. I received regular photo and video updates, and it was so clear from every message that she was not only well cared for but genuinely loved. The team is incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming—Maeve looked so comfortable and at home there. Knowing she was in such good hands gave me complete peace of mind. I never have to worry when she’s at Little Pawcious, and I’m so grateful for the amazing care they provide. I will never look for other boarding house as being a fussy owner i guess this is my most trusted one. They were such great owners of the cat hotel, showing much passion tender love to all my 3 fur babies.. My fur babies didnt take long to adapt to the cat hotel as well with the owners there. Im so grateful to them and the most best part are their detailed updates every single day.. This is my second time booking this cat hotel.The owner couple is very kind and patient with the cats, they take great care of them. They send frequent updates with lots of videos and photos, which are the most detailed I’ve ever received from any pet boarding service. My cats love staying here — the environment is clean, the rooms are spacious, CCTV service and they get plenty of playtime. I had checked in my cat at Little Pawcious but in the end didnt end up using the hostel because I had change of my travel plans. Prior to signing up with Pawcious, I visited the boarding house and I was so happy to see how Kat and her husband were looking after the little cats who were already there. It was so nice to see that there were quite a few regular guest. The boarding house is extremely clean and smelled wonderful. There was a sense of peace at the place. I had already paid for the entire stay which Kat had refunded me minus the black out period which was in the contract. Kat and her husband are so nice and caring. We left our four cats, Hannah, Storm, Piper, and Moxy at Pawcious for 12 days while we were away. The owners took great care of them. They sent us updates and photos, which helped us feel at ease. The place was clean and safe, and our cats looked happy and relaxed. We also liked the promo deals, which made it more affordable.
