Boarding Requirements and Procedure

Step 1 – Make sure your cats meet our Admission Requirements.
General
  • Cats should be free of illness and injury at check-in, and owners should obtain a written note from their preferred veterinarian to certify that a recently recovered cat is fit to board with us.
  • Cats must be sterilized if they are 8 months or older at admission or showing signs of sexual maturity and must have recovered from surgery for at least 14 days if recently sterilized.
  • Owners are required to complete the Boarding Admission Form and agree to the Boarding Terms & Conditions at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
  • Cats with known aggression and/or fractious behavior must be disclosed in the Boarding Admission Form and owners must arrange for an in-person assessment.
  • We will conduct a physical examination at check-in to ensure cats comply with the admission requirements.
Vaccinations & Test
  • Provide F4 vaccinations or valid VacciCheck antibody blood test results,
  • Kittens above 10 weeks old must have received at least one vaccination shot. If a cat is ineligible for vaccination, a veterinarian’s note stating the reason for exclusion and certifying the cat fit for boarding is required.
  • Cats must have negative test results for FIV and FeLV within 12 months prior to the admission date.
Parasite Prevention
  • Cats must be protected against external and internal parasites throughout their boarding period, and owners can provide a pipette of spot-on parasite treatment for application at check-in or ask us to apply it.
Step 2 – Read our Terms & Conditions for boarding.
  1. We are not qualified to interpret medical test results, diagnose cats in their care, or make assumptions regarding their health status unless certified otherwise by a licensed veterinarian and/or as disclosed in writing via the Boarding Admission Form.
  2. Room bookings can be made online at least 2 days prior to the intended boarding date, and payment must be made to secure preferred dates.
  3. Cats will be rejected at check-in if they do not fulfill admission requirements unless issues can be resolved quickly.
  4. We provide complimentary services and amenities in their playroom such as daily updates, daily interaction time, daily maintenance grooming, housekeeping, and disinfection, etc.
  5. We will be able to bring cats to the nearest available vet on behalf of the owner in case medical care is required, and over-the-counter medication for minor ailments may also be administered at the owner’s consent.
  6. We may be able to board cats with chronic/long-term conditions.
  7. Modification of bookings are complimentary, subject to availability, and cancellations can receive a full refund less 10% processing fee, except for cancellations made within 4 days to admission, if the cat is rejected at admission, no show, and during peak season dates.
  8. Reservations on popular dates & public holiday are strictly non-refundable.
  9. Owners must collect their cat within 24 hours of the agreed collection date. Failure to do so will result in the cat being automatically deemed abandoned, and we are released from further liability and responsibility for the pet.
  10. The owner agrees to allow us to use their pet’s name and any images or likeness of their pet taken while at our place for any form or format, for use, at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade, or promotional materials.
  11. In engaging our services, owners agree to release us from any liabilities against bacteria, virus, fungus, and parasites that can go undetected without laboratory testing.

Step 3 – Make a booking!

Select rooms that suit your cats here! Select the dates and complete the payment to secure your preferred dates. Note that you will receive the booking confirmation email within 1-2 days from the payment date. Also, make sure to read our Boarding Preparation Checklist after you have made the booking!

Step 4 – Fill up our Boarding Admission Form

You will receive the link to fill up our Boarding Admission Form via WhatsApp. Please ensure that your cat’s heaty documents are sent to us no later than one day before the scheduled check-in date.

Step 5 – Check-in / Check-out

Check-in time is between 2 PM to 6 PM daily, and check-out time is between 11 AM to 1 PM daily. Late check-out may be extended to 6 PM with an appointment booked online prior to check-in/check-out. If you have opted for our transportation service, we will confirm the pickup & drop-off time with you through WhatsApp.
