Boarding for senior cats and cats with medical needs
Older cats and cats with ongoing conditions can often board with us. Tell us about their routine and needs, and we’ll talk it through before you book.

How we look after them
- Oral medication, topical treatment or an injection, given for $5 a time.
- A fridge and microwave for fresh food and medication.
- Two meals a day of the food your cat already eats.
- 30 minutes of one-to-one time with a caretaker every day.
- Daily photo updates, plus 24/7 CCTV in Panthera and Felidae suites.
- Felidae suites have power points for your own automatic feeder or water fountain, so they can keep their usual routine.
Before you book
- Please message us on WhatsApp or Telegram before booking. We can tell you about boarding options for cats with chronic or long-term conditions.
- Add their medical history, medication and feeding instructions to their profile in the members portal.
- If your cat was unwell in the 30 days before boarding, we need a vet’s report confirming they’re in good health.
- Older cats can have weaker immune systems, so please make sure their vaccinations are up to date.
- If medical care is needed, we can take your cat to the nearest available vet on your behalf. With your approval, we can also give over-the-counter medication for minor ailments.
