Thank you for taking care of furbabies with so much attention and care! Recently, we checked-in our 6 cats for 5 days and the staffs gave the most amazing service. We have sent our babies to various hotels previously, but I am happy to say that we have finally found the one we trust and like! We appreciate the attentiveness, patience & thoughtfulness throughout their stay. Six are a handful but they made a point to remember and understand each of their personalities and needs, which I could not get from elsewhere. Not once was I worried while vacationing because they gave prompt, multiple updates daily. The icing on the cake was when they dressed up our cats for xmas and gave us polaroid photos of them. Pawcious always makes sure that our furry family members experience their own staycations in their boarding place. They seem to enjoy every bit of their stay there and very reluctantly want to follow us home when it is time to fetch them back. Kudos to Kat & Calven as well as their team for always ensuring that our cats are well-taken care of, fed and entertained during their stay there. I must mention that the daily updates of our furry members are something we rely and look forward to. Little Pawcious took care of my cats very very very well..my cats had a 10 days boarding with them, with daily updates with photos and videos on my cats every single meals, poops and behaviour..and also dailys morning walks and playtime..really can felt the peace of heart while I'm travelling..even my most skittish cat came out of her boundaries on day 3.! We booked the suite with CCTV, which gave us peace of mind being able to check in on them anytime. Every day, we received updates on their food intake and litter, which was very reassuring. The host (the boss) is an amazing person—he not only ensured our cats were well cared for but also went above and beyond by keeping up with their medical check-ups, grooming, and overall welfare. It’s clear that he truly loves and understands cats. As a thoughtful touch, we were even given beautiful photos of our cats as souvenirs, which meant so much to us. Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! This was our first time booking, and we thought we’d give this place a try — and we’re so glad we did! Both our cats absolutely loved their stay. They were so comfortable and happy that it took quite a bit of convincing to bring them home! The place is spotless, and the high ceilings make it feel so open and airy. The caretakers, namely Calven (and Kat) are wonderful and caring — they played with our cats every day and kept us updated regularly with photos and messages. Placing our furry kids in the Felidae room somehow match as close a space as our home. We also had the joy of checking in on them anytime via CCTV, which gave us such peace of mind. Our third time sending two of our furbabies to Little Pawcious and it was such a pleasant and amazing experience. Both of them really enjoyed themselves throughout their stay and also settled in quite fast. They were constantly updating us while we were overseas and it really made us feel a sense of relief knowing that our furbabies are in great hands.
