We had a great experience with Little Pawcious Cat Hotel! Our four cats—Hannah and her three kittens, Storm, Piper, and Moxy—spent three weeks there while we were overseas and were well cared for. The daily video and photo updates via WhatsApp gave us peace of mind, knowing they were safe and happy. This was our first time booking a cat hotel for a long stay, and we were very satisfied with the service. The staff handled our three energetic kittens (3-4 months old) well, giving them plenty of attention and playtime until they were tired. The pricing was clear and transparent, with no surprises. The sign-up process was easy through their online form. The only “issue” is that our cats got too pampered! 😆 We will book with them again for future trips. My cat had a fantastic experience with Little Pawcious Cat Hotel. Calvin and his team went above and beyond to ensure my cat was well cared for during her stay. The entire hotel was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. The team in Little Pawcious took care of my 4 cats very well during this CNY holiday period, they provide daily feedback with photos & video which I really appreciated. They spend time daily interacting with our cats getting to know them & also let them out from the room to roam around instead if getting bored in the room. Little Pawcious is very professional in their services putting a lot of care in our cats & adding a touch of love which is refreshing. I have also requested for pet grooming which they happened to have a groomer available during CNY & photos & videos were sent to us durimg grooming. When our cats were returned to us, they smelled good, nice & clean. Visited Little Pawcious before our cats stay, their premises is pretty new & clean, They also took precautions following regulations (I think National Parks Board) to make sure that our cats have required vaccinations & probably healthy before allowing our cats to stay in Littke Pawcious pet hotel. They responded promptly to all my enquiries, picked up our cat on time and carefully inquired about all her needs, and sent daily updates which included meals, playtime, brushing and poop/pee. We did research based on the list of AVA-certified cat hotels and had decided on Little Pawcious after much consideration. And I do not regret it one bit! The facilities run by Kat and Calven is super cute and clean and along with the add-on of 24/7 cctv access, i was able to watch my cats have a great staycation <3 Throughout our overseas trip, we received frequent updates about our cats at least twice a day and 3/4 of our cats had required medication and all of it was done professionally. They were also understanding and patient with my cats who are very shy yet naughty in nature, and generous with treats and toys provided for our cats! First time putting our 2 cats under Little Pawscious' care and definitely won't be our last! We could tell that our cats were comfortable and enjoying their stay, which really puts our hearts and minds at ease. We were consistently updated on how our cats were doing, which also includes many photos and videos! This alone is a very far cry from another cat boarding place we used to go to, which only sends 1 text msg and 2 photos at most each day. We also love the fact that there is a 24/7 CCTV option to view our cats when we miss them. The caretakers were also very attentive, the environment was clean and they made sure there was no direct interaction with other guests. They even went out of the way to purchase purified water for our cats when our supply ran out. Happy to say our cats came home flu free too! I am beyond thrilled with the care my cats received at Little Pawcious Cat Hotel. This was the first time we left our five fur babies—Camy (13), Coomie (10), Mika (4), Pudding (3), and Luna (2)—and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. My cats are very shy and scared of people, so I was especially nervous about how they’d adjust. It took them a few days to open up, but thanks to Kat and Calven’s gentle and loving approach, they quickly felt comfortable. I was especially concerned about Camy and Coomie, who are toilet trained. I had trained them before the boarding, but only Coomie adapted to using the litter. I was so relieved when Kat and Calven sent daily updates letting me know that Camy had successfully used the litter box too—thank you for putting my mind at ease! The room we booked, the Felidae Suite, was perfect for all five of our babies. It was spacious and beautifully decorated, and they even had a cute "Miaodonalds" scratchhouse box that stole our hearts. It was such a thoughtful touch! They also took photos of the cats during their stay and displayed them as memories in the hotel, which was such a sweet gesture. And we even got to bring the Miaodonalds box home as a keepsake! One of the best parts of our experience was receiving adorable videos of our fur babies from the staff. It was so heartwarming to see them playing and settling in, and it truly made my day while I was on holiday. It really felt like we were there with them, and I can’t thank the staff enough for capturing those precious moments. The daily updates, including information about Luna (who had a little flu while we were away), made all the difference. We were so worried, but knowing that our babies were in such good hands gave us peace of mind. The goodie bags at checkout were also such a nice surprise! My husband and I are incredibly grateful for the love and care Kat, Calven, and the entire staff at Little Pawcious Cat Hotel provided to our babies during our time away. We know we can count on you in the future, and we look forward to bringing our fur family back whenever we need a place they’ll be loved and well looked after. It was our Nozie’s first time putting up at Little Pawcious Cat Hotel and the experience has been a pleasant one for us! The owners provided timely daily updates and we are very thankful for those. They even suggested different ways of feeding Nozie when he was acting fussy & all and took care of our cat just like their own.
